A leading tax advisory firm sitting on twenty-five years of hard-won expertise, locked in a few senior heads and old files. I'm turning it into working AI, rebuilding the processes around it, and training every member of staff to use it.
A well-established tax advisory firm, twenty-five years deep in a complex field, with a real bench of expertise.
The trouble with a firm like that is where the knowledge lives: in a handful of senior heads, in old proposals, and in filing nobody has time to mine. Slow to bring new people up to speed, and hard to grow without cloning the founders.
I'm pulling the firm's processes apart and rebuilding them with AI at the centre. That starts with the knowledge: twenty-five years of decisions, tax manuals, proposals, plans and solutions, turned into structured databases the AI can actually draw on. So a junior can reach the answer a senior would, in minutes.
On top of that, a content engine, so the firm can publish and market from its own expertise without it eating partner time.
Then the people. I'm training every member of staff to work with AI, and running leadership and personal development alongside it, so the tools land in a team that's ready for them. I'm handling recruitment as the firm grows into the new way of working.
The engagement is live, so this is a build in progress, not a finished job. What it's producing is a firm that runs on its own expertise rather than leaning on a few overloaded heads.
Knowledge that used to walk out of the door at seven o'clock now sits in tools the whole team can use. New staff get productive faster, the firm markets itself from what it already knows, and the partners get their time back.
